INSIDE the "BLOOD AND WATER" SEASON 1 VILLA | LLANDUDNO Cape Town | Luxury Home Tour | Let's Prop'In Villa Mirage

In this tour, we take in all the high-end details of the luxury villa served 'on-the-rocks. Villa Mirage is a cascade of 4 living floors and a ground floor garage nestled in and around a rose-colored granite. The architects' objective was to build a reclusive paradise looking over the turquoise vastness which is the Atlantic ocean. Inside, the coastal tones and eclectic art installations all contribute to a grand sense of occasion which can typically only be experienced in real life. Unsurprisingly, whilst Villa Mirage is normally occupied for luxury short stays by guests from all over the world, it is also used as a film set as seen in Season 1 of the Netflix South Africa series, Blood & Water.

I would just like to give some feedback (and I only mean this in the most constructive, friendliest way possible), but maybe take some more time to think about what you're going to say instead of just aiming to shoot everything in one shot. If I wasn't able to view this video, how would you use your words to describe everything to me? Talk about texture, colour, unconventional shapes, the feelings that what you're seeing gives you. And where you feel like you have nothing to say, just let the architecture speak for itself. You have such calm, great presenting skills which really do all the properties justice, so it would be such a treat to see you talk more deliberately about what you're seeing!
