There needs to be some 'loads' where you can actually go out and recover people (like actually function the rotator besides driving)

My truck is stuck on a staircase, at 100% damage and I can't get it to the repair shop. I can't back it up nor get it to the repair shop because the keyboard and mouse are not responding to anything other than turning the wheels left and right. I've tried hooking up the controller that I bought two weeks ago, which by the way I still haven't figured out how to use. All that works on the controller is turning the wheels left and right too. I thought about quitting the job and taking the 10K loss but haven't been able to do that either. Anybody have ideas?
