Sir i have a problem why are added the tail of 1st vector with the tail of another vector in parallelogram Sir you have to asked join the tail of second vector with the head of first vector Sir i am in confusion

Hi, i understand trianlge law, A-B to get R. However, on parallelogram law the arrows point away from each other so which way do we go pls? If i put dotted lines from the head of -B towards R, i get A then i reach R.
