I won't go into details but yesterday I had an important meeting that made me stressful to begin with, and in that meeting they said that caught me off guard, and because of that I couldn't made the choice I wanted and I was confused all the time my head felt like a storm, so when I returned home I took an hour and half nap and my head felt clean and calm, I felt better for the rest of the day.
