Hi, I did an english cover of "Forces" by Susumu Hirasawa! I really really love his work, it's so unique and interesting to listen to. What better way to pay tribute than by singing one of his songs? I also tried my hand at english lyrics--feel free to read below and tell me how I did! (but also I've never seen Berserk so plz be kind)

Edit: Yo! I'm here with another edit! So many people have asked, so I'm going to try and see about getting this cover on Spotify and other streaming services! However, as I've said before, I'm not super comfortable with monetizing this particular cover, as I don't want to disrespect the original artists. That's why, having thought it over some, if I CAN get it onto Spotify and etc, I'll be donating any money I get from it to charity! I'm currently considering some heart disease focused, but I am open to suggestions as well!

I rarely read mangas, I'd rather watch the anime and one of the reason is soundtracks. With berserk I started reading the manga about a month ago cause I was always told it is way better then the anime, and it is. Now that Miura Kentaro is dead I've come across many of the songs of the anime and even without knowing when they appear they seem to perfectly fit and sound incredibly familiar (particularly this one and guts's theme). Now I find this cover and I must say I have goosebumps while I'm listening to it. The song reminds me of how fierce and unite the band was in its prime. But this piano version with your voice adds some melancholy that really hits hard when you look at the story in retrospective and think about how great the band was when they were together in their prime. Thank you so much for this gem Mirasawa and Miura.
