That did not look like Buccal Fat. It looked like a face swollen after a procedure.

Nah her cheeks are swollen from something. They're either swollen from some type of procedure or she needs some type of jaw surgery.

Gorgeous results, I’m curious how old she is. This is a permanent surgery, and will make someone look aged prematurely. It looks stunning now but how will she look 5, 10, and 20 years from now once her face has loss more fat overall. She’ll likely have to have more work done to maintain just this look in a decade or two, but I do agree she looks incredible rn.

Honestly my chubby cheeks grew on me I used to have this exact same problem with myself but I think in reality it doesn’t matter they work on me and I’m happy about them because everyone keeps telling me how young & “adorable” I look, so ladies (or gentlemen) don’t fall into this mindset unless you’re feeling 100% about it YOURSELF because having chubby cheeks is ok :) and as for the young lady in this video she looks awesome before and after. It’s all about what makes you happy!

Great results. She looks amazing, but it was not just a buccal fat procedure. There is a nose job, lip fillers, and face sculpting, especially around the cheek and temple area which is common to get with buccal fat procedure. Please be honest to your audience where many are young impressionable girls.

I have chubby cheeks & when I was going through a heartbreak, I lost a lot of weight & my face slimmed down. That was 4yrs ago so ofc I’ve gained some back. However, I’ve been contemplating on getting the surgery cause my cheeks annoy me. Not that I’m insecure but I like having a slim face. My friends told me to not get the surgery but I really might just say “eff it” one day🥶

she looked more youthful and cute in the before. these buccal fat trends really are so short lasting. in a decade these same people will want fillers and so much is affected by cultural differences, if she gew up in asia, this would be considered an attractive trait

She’s a good candidate for this surgery I think. Usually a good indicator of whether you should get this surgery or not is if you look at your parents and grandparents as they age. If your face is like theirs and in their old age they still have the large buccal fat pads when they’re 50/60 then chances are you will too. I’m thinking of getting this surgery as both my mum and and grandma have these large buccal fat pads like me, especially around the mouth. They didn’t go with age
