Thanks Funk! Always good advice and lessons. Like many, alcohol is my issue. I workout/walk daily but didn’t get result’s because of drinking 4-5 times a week. Reducing/eliminating alcohol had almost immediate effect on my belly fat/body weight. It’s common sense but sometimes difficult stick with when you’re retired. 💪🏼

8 years ago you became my coach and I transformed my body to a place that I never thought could be possible. I was an athlete growing up and now as a 55 year old adult and give all the credit to your workours and motivation for my transformation and keeping me encouraged. Great video, I have a question. I will follow your advice on a healthy balanced diet and doing full body workouts 3 times a week. My question is, could I do stretching on my off days and/or stretches everyday for that matter? I am 5’9, 290 lbs. I’m all gut (big and solid) and I’m also 52 years old. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you so much in advance.

I lost 7kg during 1 week of carnivore diet, and I gained that back as soon as I stopped doing it, just saying that cutting carbs definetly works for weight loss.

63 5'10 180, was 205 and went down to 170 but went up to 180. I cut out my sweets. Sleep... LOL.... I get what I can. I'm happy around 180 if I can still see some 6 pack I'm happy.

I’d like to see a short video like this length or shorter that covers what to do for sustainable weight loss - just the nuts and bolts. I see too many avoid these mistakes type videos which should come only after you tell use hat to do. Too much to combine two styles of advice. No one ever does a
