I've used this once, however when I tried it again I could no longer see this "+ Add your files" but this "+ Upload file or select a folder" then below "Title", then "Message", then the 3 dots in line with the tab "Get a link". But this tab could not be click, instead a pop-up appears telling to upgrade to pro. What happened? Is there no way to get free transfer? Thanks.

The only problem I find is it shuffles your images if there meant to be in a specific order. Can I fix this on a setting or are there any other sites I could use?

Very useful information. However I'm finding it is taking far too long just to send one 2 minute long video of around 200mb. It's very slow at transferring for some reason.

There is one more step that you left out. Before being able to SEND a file, you will get a 6-digit verification code from WeTransfer by email. You need to enter that code into the WeTransfer window BEFORE you can click SEND. That's how it works for me here in Canada.
