Above the ground, we use a combination of cover crops, companion crops, and compost to build organic matter in the soil. Organic matter provides food to beneficial microorganisms so the process can start all over again.

Healthy soil is just part of what goes into ensuring that our produce is grown, packed, and shipped at the peak of freshness.

We also work with partner farms in different regions to elevate their farming techniques and provide a year-round supply of fresh, nutritious food, especially during the winter months.
