Woman Arrested For leaving Her Kids Alone In A Car At A Target Parking Lot

On January 19th, 2024, Joliet Police received a distressing call about a car parked at a local Target. Inside, two children had been abandoned with the windows rolled down, leaving them exposed to freezing temperatures. Officers swiftly responded to the scene.
