It would be a cool future option, to be able to apply a delay to both audio and video on a camera input equally, so those of us who may use a HDMI or USB input can delay that to be in sync with NDI and "RTSP over UDP" inputs, such having an Atem Mini doing booth commentators while cameras from a sports arena come in over network connection.

I am having a delay when I try to steam live on RUMBLE. is there a fix for this? When I am live streaming the vmmix screen doesnt show any delay but when I am watching the live stream on RUMBLE its delayed by at least 10 seconds.

Hi Tim, question. Why you do not add the sound input as a permanent default input on the application. Obs, switcher studio, and other applications include the sound channel by default. It should help producers that are using the Vmix software with four input to have a least more input available. I am not satisfied with using only 3 inputs on the free version as alternative since the fourth input is giving to the sound. Please help us with this.

The only issue I have, now, is HDMI cameras VS. NDI cameras. There's about a 200ms delay with the NDI cameras, so I tend to need to pull everything back about 6 frames to match. A bit annoying truth be told. But the delay is more annoying.

A quick question, we have the problem that the video delay is grayed out if you use it with VMix calls input. Do I need to set something specific or can I generally not delay VMix calls camera?

(We have to synchronize the VMix Call with an external source that we can only access with a delay, hence the question).

Adding delay to the video feed is not rare occurrence. If you are pushing your stream to youtube live and if you are adding live closed captioning feed then you need to add video delay so live captions would sync. Youtube's built in delay function also delays the captions so you must add the video delay on the production side.

We have our cameras running through vmix to a live inhouse screen and also our YouTube Livestream. If we set the delay correctly for the Livestream it is off in house and vice versa. How do we get the audio/video synced for both?

Hey, the option for video delay isnt available on vmix call Iputs. Is there a way to fix this? :)
