Simple Minds have been musical pioneers for 40 glittering years. I don't know if I'll ever get to see this amazing band. I'm only 36, but I've loved them since I was 20. Obviously, they are before my time, but great music transcends generations. It's there for whoever looks for it. This particular song, just makes me think of turning 21, and the hope and wonder I had for the future. Listening to this on a sunny day, driving in the hilly roads where I live, made me feel invincible at the time. I miss that feeling.
