I received the conversational model with the blue ball about 4 days ago. When I turned it on today, it was back to the standard 4.0 version that isn't conversational and can't be interrupted. Any ideas as to why. Great channel by the way.

i am in the EU, using it on my iphone 15 pro max and running iOS 18, and tried using Nord vpn - at the end of the installation it tells me that there is something wrong and that if i am using a vpn i should uninstall or disable it. won;t go further than that, and after disabling the vpn it just runs the usual non-voice mode... anyone else experience this? any solutions guys?
