You read so many great cozies and had a fantastic reading month! I did a re-read of the Paddington Bear series in 2024 and it was the balm for my soul. Nostalgia for me too. My favorite cozies I read in December were You Feta Watch Out, Thrown for a Scoop, and A Killer Hold. I had a great reading month as well. Have a great weekend!! 📚💛

Oh I LOVED Ramona as a child. I think she was way better than Junie B Jones! Junie was TOO sassy for me haha I was clutching my small child pearls over her silliness. Now, I love them all <3

I agree with you about the Vicki Delany series. I gave her recent Christmas book 3.5 stars which killed me! lol. But I thought Merry was kind of mean and there were too many typos in the books that were very distracting.
Loved the Lee Hollis book.. I was laughing the whole time. Love the characters.
I really liked the Twisted series. Twisted Hate was my least fav and Twisted Lies was my fav.

The Year-Round Christmas Mystery series is up and down for me, too. I am caught up with the series. I don't like Jackie. I'd like to see a little more of Noel's "Santa Magic" happen. It's cute when he rearranges Merry's displays or shows up at the perfect time. I'd like for Merry to be more assertive as the owner of the store. You had a great month of reading. Right now I have Death of a Gingerbread man and Holiday Homicide and the one before it from the Library to read. I also have book one and two to read of the Grilled Cheese Mystery, I'm re-reading book 1 because it's been awhile. I checked out these at the end of December. One of the last books I read in December was Diane Gallery's book 10 in her Madison Night mystery series(also have the next two to read in that series. I also read Vicky Delaney's book you read and have the next one the latest in the series to read.
