SNL writers have threatened to boycott writing for Dave Chappelle's upcoming appearance. This time it's the non-binary speaking out the loudest. This will be another exercise in Dave proving that lgbtq can not beat him. Oh and let's talk about what non-binary is.

I’m in the entertainment/film industry and have been working more and more with these non-binaries and it stresses me the hell out. They have no problem starting so much unnecessary drama on set because we accidentally call them the wrong pronouns. As a gay women I’m expected to jump on this bandwagon too. I never understood the backlash towards Chappelle. He NEVER said anything transphobic, even in his last special he told the story about the trans woman who tried stand-up and unfortunately, took her own life. But, it wasn’t Dave’s fault and he had nothing to do with it, obviously. People will pile on anything if it makes them feel like they have clout or part of the conversation. You CAN make a joke and have different opinions personally. That’s why it’s called a joke.

Here's what I see as a parallel issue.
I'm a vegetarian who just can't imagine eating meat. But I realize that I live in a world where most people eat meat.
I started at 17 and became an intolerant person who thought everyone should be vegetarian, and that every restaurant should offer vegetarian meals. But that was 45 years ago, and I learned how to accept that not everyone feels the way I do.
Over the decades, vegetarian options have become more available in restaurants. There are still people who give me a hard time about being a vegetarian, but I realize this is their problem, not mine.

I feel like the non-binary community is being intolllerant and, as you say, insisting that everyone follow the new language and buy into that paradigm completely.

I won hundred percent agree with everything. I do not indulge in the non-binary life. I think it’s ridiculous. I think it’s stupid. The fact that elementary schools are even entertaining. This with children is ridiculous. It’s interesting how many actual LGBTQ are actually against non-binary. I’ve talked to quite a few gay men. A lot of us are not happy with non-binary or even the fact that we need to be called Cismale over it. It’s becoming a little ridiculous. People are starting to identify as Deers and cats and squirrels. This is just really silly stupid.
