Pretty cool. It worked and showed me the reason one bathroom sink is not draining properly. It is in an old rental unit, and it appears to have a lot of disgusting black mold along the inner top sides of the J-trap and its horizontal connecting PVC pipe. Will try some enzyme mold dissolver overnight to see if the mold starts to accumulate. Additional Comment: The faucet aerator screens must be cleaned regularly with hot soapy water, as well as the tub faucets openings. All build up black mold if not cleaned regularly. Same true of the bathroom sinks' overflow drain holes, as well as the ones for bathtubs. Flexible pipe brush cleaners also recommended to scrub out the interiors. Black mold is not one's friend. Last comment, the last word seems to have the F-word spoken.
