Once the plumbing drainage is rough-in, now is the time to do Q.C.

IRC requires a minimum of 15” horizontal clearance from center of WC to any obstruction (i.e. tub, wall, cabinet) and a minimum of 30” overall clearance. The rest of the measurements can be whatever works for the finishes.

Despite whether your inspection passed, he gave the real facts! Somehow people aren't acknowledging that you are giving measurements for a 5 X 7 or 8 bathroom, and these measurements are minimal measurements, larger bathrooms allows "some"measurements to fluctuate as design and placement of bath units are different than what is shown here

Keep in mind that plumbing supply and drain lines can fluctuate due to type of cab that is going in. For instance if you have drawers you’ll want to offset the plumbing lines so they won’t be in the drawers way.

Is that water stub out for the toilet 3 inches off the floor or am I crazy? It should be high enough to clear baseboard I used to do 6 inches now I do 8

There are min distances for a toilet compartment but the distances from the drains to one another and to walls for vanity are not upc

Center tub drain to center toilet is irrelevant. Cabinets and tubs come in a wide range of widths. Minimum center of toilet to edge of cabinet or tub is all that matters.

It's a standard measurement for most average size bathrooms also depends on your city and county codes

As long as we have 12.5 off the wall and 30” clear for water closet the rest is irrelevant Tub/shower widths can very as well as vanity selected

I think these dimensions are based off a minimum 5'x7' bathroom correct? Where a 60"x30" tub is used and the W.C. and lav are on the wet wall. Thanks for posting, keep em coming 👍

Lavatory should be about 16 1/2 " or 30" cabinet will be against the drywall and top won't be centered

Those measurements are minimums. Also, code allows deviation from measurements by local plumbing inspector. (for a good reason).
