Ryan Hicks- Surf Rider (Lyric Video)

Ryan Hicks' "Surf Rider"

About the song
"I was traveling to one of my favourite places, Huntington Beach in 2017. Along the way, we stumbled accidentally upon a MAGA rally. It was so gross, but what was maddening was there was about 12 MAGA lovers and 50 police, two police helicopters, dozens of media and about 150 bystanders with their phones out taking video. It made me mad as so many people that were there were amplifying hate.
I was really upset as I walked down to the beach, but then I saw about 35 young volunteers from the Surfrider foundation cleaning up the ocean. It reminded that while there is always going to be hate in the world, there is always more good.
I am inspired by young people working to make the world a better place for everyone. This song is dedicated to Surfrider and anyone working to make the world a better place."
