Venti's descriptions sound like he's the Small Fox. Remember the in-game book lore about the Fox in the Dandelion Sea? The small fox that can speak to all creatures and was taught human language by a hunter so that he can communicate with humans? The fox who says he wants the hunter to be his friend and then the hunter gets into a time loop when the mother fox turned the hunter into a dandelion? Note that the foxes turn themselves into dandelions from time to time. Venti has also been said to be friends with the "God of Time". And in the story, they never call the Anemo Archon as "Barbatos"; they only say "Anemo Archon". Make of that what you will.

According to lore Dandolion seeds bring wishes to the Anemo-Archon.
I belive that this is based on an old german saying that said: If you blow on Dandolions they will fullfill wishes.

Atleast my grandma told me this everytime when I was little and so Dandolions used to be my favorite flower
