This is an excellent planer, I've had it a few yrs now with no issues,

Extractor works great, Yes the bags full, it fills up quickly when planing wide boards but better than without it, the extractor had a grill to the inlet before the fan, that just clogged up the pipe so I cut it out, had it for a while now with no problems, the piping for the extractor is 100mm flexy & 100mm waste pipe, the Dewalt hose attachment doesn't clog when fitted with this extractor, I take it off occasionally to clean resin build up off but never had to clear a back- up of shavings,
