•For The Cabbage Slaw:
Any cabbage chopped salad kit
1 lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoons salt

Toss and set aside

•For The Bang Bang Sauce:
1/3 cup mayo
2 tablespoons sweet & sour sauce or sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 tablespoons hot sauce (if you want it spicy)

Mix everything until well combined

•For The Tacos:
16 Fish Sticks bake at 425F for 10-12 mins or according to the package instructions)
8 corn tortillas (toast them 20 - 30 sec on pan with little cooking spray)
1⁄2 cup Cilantro leaves for garnish additional lime wedges for garnish


Assemble tacos with tortillas, slaw, and fish sticks. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, then garnish with cilantro and lime juice.
