My last 10K was 46:20...My next goal is breaking 45minutes

Thank you for the video. Will have a 10k at the end of May and I'm currently sitting on 43 minutes (but was measured during lots of elevation and hard weather conditions), so it will be interesting to see. Would be nice to run a sub 40 min. The coming race is more of a preparation for a half marathon so I won't be too sad if I'm not able to reach that goal but I will suffer like a dog if I need to. These running tips will definitely help (maybe not for that race, as it's a bit short on time).

in these types of videos, you should suggest workouts to do.. with paces you would need to be able to achieve in training .. thanks for all the videos, i watch all of them

Hello! I just discovered your videos :) I have dropped my 5k time from 31:00 to 22:30 in a year.. I am 30 year old woman.. could I hit sub20 sometime? I feel like I cannot improve any further and it makes me to quit running… thank you!!
