I started gettin into arbitrage last year, on my third unit, this videos a good introduction, also worth adding to choose your town extremely carefully and pay for air dna, some towns are a waste of time no matter how hard you try. College towns are incredible. Also don’t keep locked in booking rates, check out your competition and bring something to the table they don’t have like a body of water or pool table, and learn what is working from your local contest also 🙌🏼

99% of landlords will say NO. Find a property with no neighbours and shove it on Airbnb. Simple.

I started with arbitrage but I got blocked by Airbnb because they told me that my property doesnt exist even though it is to be found on Booking as well

Obviously this is happening but to me it makes zero sense. I don't understand why a landlord would allow a tenant to sublease their property for more money then they are charging for monthly rent. Why wouldn't the landlord just do the short term rental and keep the profits for themselves?!
