I N G R E D I E N T S - for 2 bowls:
• 75g @fage_uk 0% fat yogurt
• 1 egg
• 250g fat free cottage cheese
• 30g @bulk vanilla whey *code 'ZSANETT' to save 💷 support link in bio 💝
• 1/2tsp baking powder
• 1-2tsp sweetener
• pinch of salt
• 30g @lotusbiscoffuk spread - topping
• 2 @lotusbiscoffuk biscuits - topping

Preheat your oven to 180 celsius. Blend all the ingredients together, then pour the mixture into two small ramekins. Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
Microwave the spread, pour it on top and crumble up the two biscuits for the two servings. Best to eat it from the fridge the next day.
