35 HOUR Travel Day - Goodbye Moorea, Hello Phoenix!

We always seem to get into really long travel days and this one took us all the way from Moorea, French Polynesia to Phoenix, Arizona in the United States. We really didn't want to leave, but our time in this amazing place has come to an end. Moorea had everything we could've hoped for and we will miss the breathtaking views. Our day started with taking a taxi to the ferry that would bring us to the main island of Tahiti. Once we were in Tahiti, we took another taxi to the hotel we would stay the night before our flight.

After waking up the next morning, we had to take a test to confirm we would be allowed to enter the United States. Once we got the intended results, it was off to the airport, but there was a small catch. Our plane didn't leave for another ten hours with nothing to do and very little internet access to entertain ourselves. After our plane finally took off, we landed in Los Angeles in eight long hours. After what seemed like an entire day passed, we boarded our plane to Phoenix. We're sad our French Polynesia adventure is ending, but we're so excited about what is coming next!

We loved taking the ferry around Greece. Not like a cruise but still good to be out on the water. Coral falling out of the hair is funny! Open patio seems like a good time! Those look like Publix cookies! Excited for what's next!
