COPA and AVIANCA AIRLINES - 12 hour travel day to CUSCO, PERU I Vlog #50

From Panama City to Cusco we endure a 12 hour travel day. We flew from Panama City to Lima and then finally to Cusco as we were doing our research, there was no direct flight straight to Cusco. It was a pretty seamless trek for us compared to other travel days that we have had.There was also a nice surprise to be fed food on our first flight with COPA. We were not expecting that.

Avianca was also a new airline for us as well and it was a pretty basic flight. We did manage to book this flight on points so all we had to pay were taxes and fees which in my opinion was great.

We started our trip back in April 2, 2019 from New York City. We quit our 9-6 jobs, sold all of our belongings, and began traveling full time. We left our jobs because we were unable to be with family and enjoy life. Work was taking up too much time and something had to change. We saved up for 2 years and began traveling as soon as we found a deal that would take us around the world for just $285.00. Even though this is a 12 hour day, you know we miss those days when we can just hit the road haha. Oh well we stuck in NZ, we aim to do trips within next month
