do we have to write return keyword, as we can create page class object in the test file to access respective class action methods?

Not every company works with the POM model or even OOP. One of my previous places of work had a very good framework built solely on Functional Programming and it caught 80% of all major issues.

Despite this, potential employers will ask you about POM and OOP as if they're established, not just different styles of programming.
