My dad has always said we are Christians we don’t celebrate these things I didn’t understand at first but he’s been right all along I’ve come to appreciate him more he’s a pastor and now I feel like that’s one of the biggest blessings in my life .

I once celebrated it all. This is my 1st Easter that there will be no celebration. I told the kids we will not be having Easter baskets or Easter egg hunts. None of that stuff. I ripped the Easter sign down off my door. Sunday I'm cooking dinner for my family that always comes here for the hollidays. I'm going to tell them all that there will be no more! Celebrate someplace else not in my home. My Christmas tree is going in the garbage as well. Halloween that will never ever again be celebrated in any way what so ever. I've been so stupidly blind. This Christmas the kids will cry but I'm going to stick my grounds.

Let me tell you something, I grew up I'm Jamaica and Easter was always something that we look forward to. Especially the bun and cheese and watching the crucifiction on the Tv, flying our kites etc... Since I came across this channel my eyes are open to a lot, a mean a LOT including Christmas which is another big thing for us..

Im a pastor, without denomination, and when I found out about this I preached it every season, I stopped the tree worship, no matter how beautiful it looks no one can make me buy one anymore, also I always teach about the Easter Ishtar celebration, and even the passover death and resurrection of our Lord, not on friday and not on sunday people need to read the Bible, and like I always say, dont believe me I could be lying to you look it up. This is so true. I used to celebrate these pagan holidays and thought that is was okay because the churches were doing it.
But when I stop listening to the Pastors and read and study the word of God for myself and saw the truth I immediately stopped celebrating pagan holidays. And I repented for worshipping others god's( Satan). I truly am sorry for raising my children up on these pagan holidays because now that I know the truth and shared it with them. They still celebrate the pagan holidays.
God said He hates our religious festivals.

God said My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. Hosea 4:6.
All those years I thought I was worshipping the Most High God, and was really worshipping Satan.
Brothers and sisters if we don't study the word of God for ourselves and let the Holy spirit guide us into the truth. We will be deceived by false Pastors and teacher's. I love you all see you some day in glory.

One important detail that people often forget is the importance of dates as you said. Easter and all the pagan holidays are calculated by the Gregorian calendar. The Israelites didn’t use this calendar but had their holy days based upon the moon which is the Luni-solar calendar. This also means our sabbath days are also according to the Luni-solar calendar. Instead of Friday sunset to Saturday sunset, which would be following the Gregorian. Please keep this in mind everyone, it’s important that you worship on the right day, the Sabbath day. There’s an app called WLC Calender which has the proper dates and times of the high holy feasts and sabbaths. Be blessed. ❤️

Pesach (Passover) is absolutely wonderful! It's about family, intimacy with the Lord, and most importantly, a reminder of what he delivered us from. Like the Jews who were delivered from Egypt, we were delivered from sin, and are no longer in bondage! Praise Yeshua Hamashiach!!

I really believed that rubbish that Easter is the celebration of the resurrected of the Messiah. But at the time I was just a kid and didn't really know any better. But ever since I've been growing in the things of God, I've become very critical about how things are run around me. Bottom line is that ignorance IS NOT BLISS!! Whoever came up with that saying is a liar. And as Christians, it's never a good thing to be part of the ignorant masses. When I was baptized in the Holy Spirit the very first thing God made VERY clear to me was to STOP doing these things and celebrating these things.
