This video reveals a new way to bulk upload your NFT collection to marketplaces like OpenSea and Rarible. I will be using a service called NiftyMints which allows you to bulk upload your images and mint them in seconds. This approach is compatible with OpenSea and Rarible.

What is an NFT?
A non-fungible token (NFT) is a specialized type of cryptographic token representing something unique, like a domain name, a limited-time skin for a video game, or other digital properties owned by a user. Therefore, the NFTs are not mutually interchangeable, meaning an individual might trade ownership of a domain name for ownership of a rare character skin or a cryptocurrency. NFTs differ from cryptocurrency; NFTs are entirely non-fungible, and they cannot be traded for something identical. Cryptocurrency is fungible and is exchanged for something that is of equal or identical value.

What is IPFS?

IPFS allows users to host and receive content in a manner similar to BitTorrent. As opposed to a centrally located server, IPFS is built around a decentralized system[5] of user-operators who hold a portion of the overall data, creating a resilient system of file storage and sharing. Any user in the network can serve a file by its content address, and other peers in the network can find and request that content from any node who has it using a distributed hash table (DHT).

An issue with this seems to be that the NFTs are not listed as "created" by you on OpenSea, you just own them. Whereas manual upload via OpenSea associates you as the creator of the NFT. For an artist that's not so good, since you want all your created pieces to be listed as such, not simply all the pieces you happen to own.

Niftymints is not working for me on two different browsers, two different accounts: cleared cache, rebooted, turned off everything possible (ad block, vpn, etc.).

Thanks for sharing this information; I have one question that probably is interesting for most viewers; basically with a 0, 2 USD fee per NFT minted, ten thousand NFT's would cost 2'000.- USD to be minted trough NiftyMints, correct? If we have Metadata like "Background" and "Accessories" entered into nifty mints will it be selectable in opensea. I need my audience to search for the different attributes to buy their favorite. Also, when doing this bulk upload, is there any way to enter them into your opensea collection, say for example "Summer 2022 Edition"
