To answer your question about the differences between the 5th Internet Edition and the No Starch Press 2nd Edition, the differences are as follows:

1.The books, by and large, contain identical content. The No Starch Press 2nd Edition is based on the 5th Internet Edition.
2. The No Starch Press version has different typography and page layout. It's also available in several languages and various digital formats for e-readers. The Internet Edition is available only as a PDF.
3. The No Starch Press version lacks the "Further Reading" sections at the end of chapters. No Starch doesn't include these since it is hard to click links on the printed page.
4. There are a few minor grammatical differences is some of the prose. This is because their copy editors are more formal that my in-house one.
5. The Internet Editions may be freely distributed under a Creative Commons license (CC-NC-ND).

Of course, the biggest difference is that when a reader purchases the No Starch Press edition, I get paid. 😁
