🇬🇾 Sponge Cake Recipe 🇬🇾

In this video you will learn how to make sponge cake.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 1/4 cup Sugar
1 Cup Butter
6 Large Egg
1 TBSP Baking Powder
1 1/2 TSP Essence
1 TSP Nutmeg
1 TSP Orange Powder ( 1 TBSP Fresh orange zest )

How to make orange powder place the fresh orange peel or rind in a clean kitchen foil paper. For few days, when dry please blend or ground in a coffee grinder. Add the orange peel or lemon peel powder to your cake or cookies
