In South Korea, President-elect Yoon Suk Yeol says he will build up the U.S. alliance and deal firmly with North Korea after winning the country's presidential election.

U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris meets with Polish officials including President Andrzej Duda to support members of the NATO military alliance.

And in Kenya, President Uhuru Kenyatta urges the lifting of international restrictions on Zimbabwe in a meeting with that country's president.
