I think you were being a bit too critical. To say Dushanbe is polluted I think is wrong. The air quality in Dushanbe is better than a lot of capital cities! Also, Love has only been the norm for marriages for the past 200 years. I'm also willing to bet that the divorce rate of love marriages is much higher than the divorce rate in Tajikistan.
