The healing in the rails myth was already confirmed because there's a quest where you have to heal 50 shields while on a rail

Healing on the rails shouldn't be a myth since there's literally a quest to either heal or shield yourself while grinding.

In the last season, you were almost guaranteed an rpg or nades in a vault. WAY faster than the katana. Destroying the floors also works on some but not all gold.
Also, healing on rails is literally a challenge this season so not sure how that was a myth...

If you use the guardian shield and toss it on an angle, chances are that it will be shield you after the time limit. I've tried it, When bullets hit, it just deflects. Not sure how long tho
