you can actually one shot with the force throw, I've done it. you just need an extra item such as a vehicle, however, it does still do a lot of damage, if all the rocks hit, it's 180 damage

The lightsaber works against the kinetic blade. The lightsaber just blocks things for a certain amount of time before you become vulnerable again

I’d like to add on about the double jump that it doesn’t matter how high you use the double jump. Just using the double jump from any height will protect you from fall damage.
