Actually the spiciest food in India is consumed in arid regions of Western India like Rajasthan, Maharashtra and some parts of Andhra, Karnataka. In Eastern parts our spice level are quite low.

I think spice tolerance depends on people for instance I can eat buldak ramen with chilli sauce other side my sibling cannot eat it a little but I love spicy food again with my grandmother food no i can't take

Me and my family eat out at nando's on certain days. And we eat the spiciest level each time. But none of us find it spicy. But my dad lived in the UK for a while and he said that the spiciest level in uk was actually spicier than the one in india. But even he always says that they should make the spice levels in india spice than UK 😂😂
