I found this half-spicy half-tonkotsu cup of noodles at a supermarket in Japan. Let us know your thoughts in the comments below, and subscribe for more.

You should do what Lisa did and do a 30 day challenge to try and improve your spice tolerance!
Rawand..
For spice tolerance, I would recommend buying a hot sauce that is actually hot, but isn't overboard and using that on your regular food. I don't have recommendations since you live in Japan and I don't know what brands there are, but I think you can find one you really like and stick to it.

you honestly begin an addiction to spice if you consume it regularly, it gives me a head high almost when I eat super spicy foods. Can't stop loll

Growing up my family never ate or cooked anything spicy so I had zero tolerance to it but I am now in my 40’s and I cannot cook without adding red pepper flakes, jalapeños or some kind of peppers. I can eat an entire spicy meal without drinking idk how it happened but I enjoy spicy foods the spicier the better.

That’s really cool that you’re trying to build your spice tolerance. Try making something with fresh habaneros. They have an incredible, fruity flavor that will have you coming back for more.

I remember reading this somewhere "People who like spicy stuff just like the taste of pain."

Tip for how to avoid the spiciness burning your throat: hold everything in your mouth for a bit before swallowing. I’m not exactly why this works, but when I let the food and broth stay in my mouth for a little bit it makes it much less painful going down my throat.

The most admirable quality is honesty and acceptance of self. No need to prove your worth or ability. We see you 🤩

Damn that looks good. Well good luck on your spice tolerance journey, you're getting there.

Great video, I always wonder how the spicy items are like in Japan today. I've moved to the US at 2012 from Japan so I've never had any spicy noodles that they sell nowadays. Love spicy food btw

I really love the sea food one. Wish to eat again. Keep safe.👍❤️

to keep it from burning your throat don't let any air bubbles form when you swallow it

The reason I like spicy food is the spice, in some way, brings out extra flavor.
