The Best Grouping Nock On Arrows- The Highest of Standards

The Nock On Custom Arrows are among the highest of standards in arrow quality, accuracy and reliability. There’s so much that goes into “why are the Nock On match grade arrows and the hand fletched arrows so good?" The short answer is that our standards are set at the highest level achievable from the Easton factory and then we hand craft each arrow on the same jig for the ultimate cloning. THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE DETAILS-
TIGHTER TOLERANCES, LOADED WITH BRASS, HAND FLETCHED & TUNED!
Our demand for a .001 straightness or better, starts with us spooling up each run with brand new spools of carbon that are 3.1 miles long. Then each shaft rolls through resin and is woven into the toughest of shafts and fed through a tool that has the highest tolerances possible! As this long continuous shaft is completed its cut so that each batch of shafts has perfectly identical clones that equal to the length of a 5K race. We then have the ability to build the ultimate AXIS or FMJ MATCH grade arrow. Once we receive our shafts we run random checks for tolerances and if our criteria isn’t met they are rejected.

For OUR HAND FLETCHED process we build arrows that absolutely drive tacks! They are made to the exact specs as I personally have tested to be the ultimate configuration for super tight groups and deadly quiet flight. Our custom team hand cleans each arrow during inspection and takes each dozen of cloned shafts to the same fletching jig so that each arrow in your quiver is built on the exact same tool. Arrows are wrapped with our custom Vinyl and then fletched with a perfect 4 fletch configuration that is optimized for steering almost any broadhead and maximizing ballistics down range. Then each dozen is cut to your length and filled with your choice of 50 or 75 grain brass inserts and then secured into place with an upgraded higher end epoxy. The shafts are then chamfered and nocks are indexed for a perfect vane alignment and clearance. We then include a set of B.A.R. (broadhead adapter rings) to boost your shaft strength when hunting and using a broadhead. When your shafts get to your door they are ready to pound and come in a custom tube perfect for travel or use in a backpack at TAC. The bottom line is our arrows stand alone and after running test for arrow manufacturers for over 20 years I went with what I have found to work the best for me. These 5mm shafts are perfect for any target and don’t use outserts so they are easier to remove and totally safe to use on layer and bags target.

I will attest that I purchased 6 of these arrows pre fletched and John is spot on with his claims. For over a year I was chasing bow tuning issues with other brands of arrows and fletching setups. The consistency was all over the place. With the new arrows and following his tutorials on tuning my Hoyt, I have to say the accuracy and penetration is the best I have experienced. I just wish John's shop was not so far away from me or I would have his shop work on my bow! I would highly recommend trying these arrows out. They are definitely worth the money!

Thank you for all the info you share 👍
What are your thoughts on using hot melt for setting inserts into Easton carbon arrows?

I shot a batch of your arrows and they were fantastic. Still have 8 of the 12. I've had to refletch them but that's a breeze with your custom set jig

I’d be interested if these were also offered in 3 fletched 2.5 degree left helical. Unfortunately the current options don’t match my needs.

I didn’t see anything about spine indexing. How can you guarantee the best grouping arrow without even knowing where the stiff spine is before fletching? If you want all of any particular batch of arrows to shoot the same, first the spine must be checked to ensure all are the correct spine, then indexed, then wrapped and fletched and finally insert installed and arrow spun before insert is glued to ensure no wobble. Quite a lot missing in this video.

But what if the cock vein is not spine aligned and the precision arrows just corkscrew ;/? Idk about FMJ's, but the 4mm axis arrows do it.

I’m sure they’re nice. Just not needed for 99% of archers imo. You can’t buy accuracy people.

I shot easton axis's 5mm match grades, bought 2 dozen, I got 3 that were in match grade standards. I will never buy eastons again. I switched to sirius archery apolls. Highly recommend them.
Seriously, eastons are garbage 18 of those 2 dozen wouldn't even cut it for victory gamer series arrows. .001 for easton just means the batch you get will be .001 of each other so if 1 spins like a wet spegeti noodle they all will be .001 of that noodle. So all their doing is matching trash with trash. My only eastin sonics (non match grade btw) spin better. I actually bought a second arrow spinner because I thought mine had to be broke or something off, nope they were just that bad.
If anyone lives around cincinnati and wants to buy my axis's for cheap let me know, need to make room for some sirius arrows in my case. I won't even practice with them, why when none fly straight, what am I gonna practice failure lol. But if that's your thing let me know I'll let them go cheap
