Hold onto a kettlebell in 1 hand.
Keep your chest up and core engaged. As you step back into a reverse lunge you will drop the back knee down toward the floor and bring the kettlebell down toward the floor
As you stand up out of the lunge position you will use that momentum to clean the kettlebell up to the shoulder
Make sure you moving opposite arm to leg
