Michel Barnier: 'Today there is relief, tinged with sadness'

EU Chief Negotiator Michel Barnier has announced that the UK and EU have agreed a post- Brexit trade deal.

In the announcement he said 'the clock is no longer ticking' and that 'while today was a day of relief, it was also tinged with sadness.'

Under EU rule thousands of peoples lives have been ruined hopefully this is of some comfort to all those people
