My Mom used to make a depression era vinegar pie.... Everything is the same as for a lemon pie but apple cider vinegar is used in the place of the lemon juice.... One of my favorites, but it may just be nostalgia talking to me....

Add 3 tablespoons rum, instead of sugar use black strap molasses.

I think this could be nice done with different fruit juices in place of water, like apple or grape or cranberry (the colours would be pretty), or maybe flat root beer. You might have to adjust the sugar.

Love your videos! Can you do one on diet hacks ie for oatmeal adding 2x the liquid and cooking 2x as long = 2x the oatmeal, adding cauliflower to mashed potatoes, etc
