You miss the episode where Iroh tries to teach Zuko how to generate lightning. He gives him tea and mentions that he needs a calm mind for the technique. Zuko then says that’s why they’re drinking tea which iroh just agrees.

Everyone appreciates zuko's arc....some even appreciate his hair's no one appreciates his tea arc, his tea went from getting thrown by iroh to making the perfect tea for team avatar

7:00 Something so beautiful here. Everyone brought a piece of their culture with them as the world made peace. Iroh with his horn and Zuko handing him tea with a smile on his face. Toph straight chilling not hesitating a moments notice to share another cup of tea with the old man. Aang playing with momo using his unique bending technique. Katara watching Mai and Suki play Pai Sho. Sokka yelling at Zuko to stop moving for his painting.

Iroh finally conquered Ba Sing Se in name of peace and tranquility amongst the four nations and team avatar can finally enjoy the leisures of modern development since their esteemed companion Appa is no longer missing.
(The last time Sokka drew in Ba Sing Se was when they were making lost Appa posters.) (Piandao also witnessed Sokka's art skills.)

When I first watched the episode where that business man offered Iroh his own Tea shop, I was extremely worried that he'd get taken advantage of and used, I was so glad that it wasn't the case at all and Iroh had full control over his tea shop.
