Oh my goodness! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’ve had chronic sinusitis for a long time and lately the pressure in my nose has been horrible. These techniques have given me great relief. I’ve been very depressed since my husband died 2 years ago. My daughter asked me yesterday what had happened to me. I’m more energetic and my pressure and tinnitus is so much better. I'm using this, feeling benefits already.

I went through a lot of stress for the past month and a half or so, and had bad incontinence. After being medicated, and terrible side effects, I stopped the anticholinergic meds, and am healing wonderfully.

I am healing and healed, because mental stress was the cause of all of that. The brain/ mind has a huge influence on the body.
