Dubai Maritime City Update December 2023

It’s incredible to be back with an update from Dubai Maritime city there has been lots of development in the past three months. Since we have had a number of Off Plan developments come onto the market with competitive prices and competitive payment plans. As the weeks roll on and the apartments become fewer the prices are starting to creep up as expected for these front row sea view developments.
