I even wrote an email to a neuroscientist about TSM. I saw a video of her in which she researched alcohol addiction, but because it is still so unknown here in the Netherlands, I thought she might find it interesting. My daughter and I were on vacation in Greece last week and I marveled at the ease of not drinking anything for most of the week. One evening I drank sangria with a friend, another evening I ordered white wine but I did not like the taste of it and left it. Who would have thought! Now at home I notice that I have to work a little harder because this is the environment in which I usually drinks. But despite that I am also making progress at home

I think a great topic to cover is withdrawal from thinking a heavy drinker, like myself, will go through when they suddenly stop the binge and think they can cold turkey stop. TSM let's you taper way down to lessen the symptoms, so you don't have a week+ from hell, have to be hospitalized, or worse end up dead.

So, do you take Naltrexone only as needed? Only when you drink? Ive been abstinent for a couple weeks now, i would drink 6 pack a week, could i still have naltrexone on hand just in case?
