You forgot to mention the ZF5 ALSO has an extra brightness toggle which significantly increases brightness by a factor of 4.

I have the z fold 4 now that they fixed the hinge gapless design all the need to do now is make it a few mm wider and the s23 cameras and possibly fix the crease and have a integrated s pen slot.

So it has the same screen ... just a better software ... but it still has the same shit screen. I just had my fold 4 screen replaced for free from Samsung (no cracks or scratches). Honestly, the gap between the screens helps with the drop friction, but ...

Excited to get 4 or 5. I'm letting my wife surprise me. Woot. Don't care which one I'll get because the next upgrade will be in 3-5 years. Sweet.

Fold3 = cheapest, worst battery and hinge but OK, narrower front screen
Fold4 = slightly better battery life (+1h SOT), better hinge, good price second hand 700$
Fold5 = fold 4 with higher price...

Fold 5 has...slightly better hinge, slightly bigger front screen, slightly better battery life and higher brightness. Sure, it has SD8gen2, but...for non gamers, its irrelevant, as even a Fold1 cpu is powerful for social apps and youtube and messaging and calls

I won't upgrade from the 4 till they give me at least the s23 ultras cameras. The cameras on the fold are unacceptable for the price you pay
