NYC saw several protests across the city this weekend, as demonstrators continue to bring attention to the chokehold-related death of Jordan Neely on a subway train on May 1.

Several individuals were arrested in relation to the protests. One particular demonstration temporarily halted subway service after protesters assembled on the subway tracks at a station on the Upper East Side.

(warning: distressing)

I guess Jordan confused the Marine for one of the old ladies he beat up. He was dead wrong 😂

jordan punched a 7 year old and attacked an elderly woman before a bystander stepped in and gave him what he deserved. Nothing of value was lost

Unbelievable, another reason for people to destroy a city. The man was arrested 42 times and was threatening people on the subway. Are we crazy town these days? Wtf 😳

He forgot to mention even more Americans want a statue of this marine erected at the entrance to the subway.

He literally attacked children and the elderly with I think 7 arrest and he refused mental help evaluations after released. The marine is a hero who finally stood up for the victims

So all this protest for a criminal where were the protester when he punched that 67-year-old in the face and broke her nose. This is insane. The Marine was just trying to help.

He was arrested more than 40 times, plenty of opportunities for the state to help him. And the state did nothing about that thug.

No justice for the innocent and no peace for the innocent. He got what he deserved.

Neeleys family left him to live on the streets, now when they see $$$$ he was a loving son who was killed by an evil murderer. All those protesters wouldnt have taken him home and fed him either. Hypocrates

His supporters? Why didn't they let him use their living room couch as a bed if they were so concerned?

Justice was delivered on a subway floor. Unintentionally, but effective. Wonder how many lives were saved in the future…
