I remember in sims 1 my sims moved into a house with the painting on the bathroom wall.

Then the clown appeared in my house and I didn't know how to get rid of him so I built walls around him hoping to starve him to death.

But he took out a hoolahoop jumped into it and appeared in a different place I could not kill him no matter what I did.

In the end I accidentally found out how to get rid of him when I used the phone it had a call clown catchers option.

So I called them and two "men in black" came and started chasing him around my house shooting weird ghost buster like guns at him until they caught him and sucked him into a trap.

I think it would be cool if the sims 4 brought the clown catchers back but as occult hunters who would come for your occult sims and try to cure them or you could rescue them.

Fun fact: hydrofobic sims can’t die from drowning in the sims 3, so it’s speculated that the tragic clown was murdered

I really don't like that the "tragic clowns" are regular sims with regular names in the sims 4. At least in Sims 1 the tragic clown was always just "Tragic Clown". The Sims 4 version makes it feel like a curse or something that possesses sad sims and controls their body like a parasite. 😳

Back in the day I had a couple that I ended up hating. So I put the tragic clown painting in their house, took off the doors, and let the clown sadden them to death.

I'd love sims tips to get all the collectables! I have figured out that if you leave a super skull offering on a grave you may summon a day of the dead celebrator and you can ask them for a day of the dead skull, but I have no idea how to get the positivity posters post-positivity challenge. I have also figured out that you can get the decorative eggs by having a holiday with an Easter egg hunt and you can collect the magic beans by purchasing the rare seed packet, but, again, the positivity collectables elude me. I'm guessing they might be tied to a holiday or an object or computer interaction but I have yet to figure it out.

I did not know until I bulldozed the museum and built a house in it's place, but the museum/lighthouse lot in Brindleton Bay that A: the lighthouse gives sims a special moodlit, B: you can woohoo in the lighthouse, and c: there is a pet cemetery on the island and it crawls with pet ghosts at night. The Sims 4, learn something new every day.
