Yet I personally lived through 14 years in the system and watched them pull apart good families while ignoring truly horrible cases of abuse till the children die! Those in the system (Like I was) are over drugged, overly traumatised in the fostercare homes and gas lit till they have false memories!!

Caseworkers under paid they get the FEDERAL adoption reimbursement money and sell these baby's

I would love to shadow one for a week and see how many cases they waste their time on while ignoring the real problem ones. That has nothing to do with budgeting. Getting kids killed and vindictively taking kids from non offending parents while leaving kids in abusive homes is not about your pay or case load. It about you wanting power over people and adoption bonuses on kids that haven't been so scarred yet.
