THE VEGGIES NEED TO BE SOFT AND THE CHICKEN SKIN ROWN AND CRISPY
ADD SOME FRESH MINT SOME BALSAMIC REDUCTION ( IF YOU DON"T HAVE SOME THAT IS TOTALLY FINE)
SERVE IT WITH COUSCOUS SPANISH RICE OR SALAD I JUST LIKE ME AS IT IS
