INGREDIENTS
1 GREEN PEPPER
1 ORANGE PEPPER
1 RED ONION
20 CHERRY TOMATO
4 RED POTATO
4 TBSP RED WINE VINEGAR
5 TBSP OLIVE OIL
5 TBSP HARISSA
SALT AND PEPER

SWITCH ON OVEN AT 400 F

IN A LARGE PAN PUT IN ALL THE VEGETABLES CUT IN BITES SIZE ADD SEASONING MIX WELL
MAKE SURE TO PUT EVERYTHING T A NICE LARGE PAN AS YOU WANT EVERYTHING TO COOK EVENLY
FOR THE LEGS MAKE TWO SMALL INCISION THAT MAKES THE CHICKEN COOKS ALL IN ONE TIME EVENLY AS WELL
SHOVEL AT 400 F FOR 50 TO 60 MINUTES
THE VEGGIES NEED TO BE SOFT AND THE CHICKEN SKIN ROWN AND CRISPY
ADD SOME FRESH MINT SOME BALSAMIC REDUCTION ( IF YOU DON"T HAVE SOME THAT IS TOTALLY FINE)
SERVE IT WITH COUSCOUS SPANISH RICE OR SALAD I JUST LIKE ME AS IT IS
VOILA BE READY TO HAVE A DELECTABLE HARISSA CHICKEN !!!!!

I love Harrisa, and make it at home every year and freeze it for all year use. I grow all my own Baklouti peppers for it- they do very well here where I leave in the USA. It is so hot in the summer and they love it. Thanks you for sharing your lovely recipe Ma'am. I subscribed.
